Warranty & Return Policy
We always try to provide perfect products and services. We guarantee that all orders are tested before shipment, especially for LCD
and touch digitizers.However, if you receive our goods defective, we have warranty and return policy to protect your rights.
Most of the products are guaranteed with one-year warranty, spare parts with seven-day warranty(suits mobile phone spare parts, game console or computer). You can return the products back to us if you are not
fully satisfied with them within the warranty.
1.All returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt. Following info is requested:
a.A valid Tracking number to prove the date of returning.
b.Returning back Product list
c.Fault details for each item(show us pictures, videos, or screenshot of the wrong items you get)
d.Original Order number for each item
After verification of the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment account. Refund will be made
3 days within receiving because we need time to check or repair. However, if a returned item is found no fault by our technicians
we will resend the item to you. In this case, you will be responsible for the return freight.
2.All returns must be informed with our correspondent sales in advance before return. We only accept products in their original
conditions and include all accessories, manuals, documentation etc. that had been shipped with the product. We are not
responsible for any breaking, scratch or loss caused by poor packing, unreasonable laying, nor responsible for misused or
assembled parts.You should take good care of the goods while in your possession.
3. Returns should be made by mail post service, no DHL, no UPS nor TNT. There must be a tracking number which could be
followed on relative website. Otherwise, we’re not responsible for any duties on China side.Refund for a returnable product
will be based on the product price excluding delivery costs. Customer is responsible for return postage and we are
responsible for postage re-sending.
4. We reserve the right to reject services that would void the warranty and return policy, or if the products are damaged by customers.
5. Returns must be sent to below contact information. We’re not responsible for any return marked wrong receiver or wrong address.

Our company is not responsible or liable if the package is shipped back to us, damaged or confiscated due to problems with
customs clearance. Therefore, please check with your country's custom policies before placing an order.
Our company is not responsible or liable for damaged packages or those shipped back to us in the event that the designated
courier service failed to deliver your package(s) to the given destination address after several attempts (due to your absence).
If the customer receives parcel with damaged items, s/he shall do the following:
1 Open a claim against the delivery company for the damaged items/parcel for the declared value. Make sure to keep
the copy of opened case and/or any other relevant details/documents for confirmation and further referrals.
2 Report about the issue to the delivery company and make photos of damaged items/parcel.
3 Request the delivery company to send the damaged goods back and make the redelivery for free or fix the case
(save case number) to have opportunity to ask about the refund.
Please, take into consideration that seller's responsibility ceases when the product has been shipped off to the address
specified by the customer.
Our warranty does not cover risks of product(s) damage or loss within the responsibility of delivery company.
Therefore, please check the parcel right upon receipt and compare the content with the packing list in the presence of the courier.
Our company is not responsible or liable for any faults discovered after you have accepted the parcel. If your package is lost
by the delivery company, you should claim against them directly. However, take into consideration that they will compensate
for the lost products only within the amount at risk indicated in the invoice according to your request.
IMPORTANT: compensation will not be paid off if you choose Hongkong Post delivery company. As well as EMS if sent to the
following countries: Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Moldova, Mongolia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan.
In order to avoid any misunderstandings, please read carefully the refund policies on the websites of the relevant delivery companies.
